Upon enrollment and payment, you receive a non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal educational use. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.
We offer a 7-day refund on course purchases provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@novaproctors.com within 7 days of purchase. Exam proctoring fees are non-refundable once an exam session has been scheduled.
Azimuth Academy prepares you for third-party certification exams. We do not guarantee exam passage or certification outcomes. Certifications are issued by the respective certifying bodies (FCC, ETA International, ATG, NCATT) — not by Azimuth Academy.
All course materials, videos, practice exams, and written content are the intellectual property of Azimuth Academy or its instructors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Azimuth Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
